Performance Swim Tech Session (SWIM LAB MSAC)
Get the most out of your swimming with this group coaching session @ Swim Lab MSAC. A video analysis of your stroke will also be utilised so you can actually see where your flaws lay. It’s very difficult to imagine what you look like in the water so this is where this unique facility becomes a very valuable tool.
We will cover a rotation of 3 per lane in this advanced speed controlled environment.
The benefits are that the coach can be right there giving you feedback on the fly to help improve your stroke quickly and efficiently,
The use of carefully placed cameras showing side, below and above angles gives unique paralleled visual feedback,
