DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
- How do I get free delivery on my orders?
We offer free delivery on orders that exceed a sub-total of $200.
- Does TriShop ship internationally or offer express shipping within Australia?
Yes, we are able to ship overseas and provide express shipping domestically. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will offer you a quote.
- How long is the delivery time for standard shipping?
We take between 1 and 2 business days to dispatch your order and it is delivered 3 to 5 business days thereafter. In total, we expect a lead time of 5-7 business days. This is purely an estimation and is subject to vary.
We also offer a click and collect option, in which case you would not be charged for any processing or shipping.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- How do I return my TriShop order, and what is your refund policy?
Everything you need is on our Returns & Refunds page — the 14-day timeframe, what can and can’t be returned, faulty or incorrect items, exchanges, who pays the postage, the return address, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a question it does not answer, email us at [email protected].
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it on our website if the order hasn’t already been dispatched. Please get in touch with us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to deny any cancellation requests, and if the item is dispatched, it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe return before the refund can be processed.
- What payment options are available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed securely through Westpac PayWay. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

- Does TriShop have a physical store that I can visit?
Yes, we have a physical store that will open in November 2023 at Melbourne Sports and Aquatics Centre, 30 Aughtie Drive, Albert Park VIC 3206.
- Where can I stay up-to-date with the latest happenings at TriShop?
You can sign up for our newsletter on the homepage and also receive a 10% discount coupon along with it. We are also available on Facebook and post regular updates there about product launches and offers we plan to have.
